A charming antique Chinese porcelain bowl (ang form) from the Qing Dynasty, finely decorated in vibrant cobalt blue underglaze. The bowl features a dynamic five-clawed dragon chasing a flaming pearl amidst ruyi-shaped clouds. A protective bronze rim has been fitted to preserve the mouth. Height: 8.6 cm. Mouth Diameter: 11 cm. Very good antique condition with minor age-related crazing and some wear to the rim. No major cracks or restorations observed. The bronze rim has darkened with age, adding to its patina. ?
