Blue-Eyes White Dragon 1999 Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Magic & Wizards Test Print Without Name CGC Authentic. This version I believe to have come second after the Black Name version as they were moving towards production as they decided to use foiling for the name. The small white font being what we see on later production cards with the foiled name. My research was verified by CGC, and they did XRF scans of the cards to verify their authenticity.
